New Construction of this year-round Lake House nestled in the trees above Payette Lake, began in Autumn 2024 and will be completed in June 2025. The design concept of two volumes, a stone Living Room space which connects to the wood-clad Kitchen and Bedrooms building by the Dining Room bridge provides a meaningful hearth center to the site configuration. Atop the Bridge is a deck with an outdoor fireplace, designed to experience views of the lake and surrounding forest in all seasons. To maximize togetherness and good times, the design includes two Primary Bedroom Suites, two Bedrooms and a Bunk Room each with ensuite baths.
