First phase of a multi-phase project renovating a grand scale Victorian house, begun at the Ground Level ADU. The initial phase incorporates the foundation upgrade for a 2100 square foot 2-story rear addition with a Roof Deck to the First Floor and Second floors, currently under construction. Scope of work at the Ground Level includes the interior design of an intentionally moody Lounge space and Media Room, with revised layout to add kitchen space and office space. Managed SF approval processes with SF Planning and DBI.
